Hawley Green

Location of the original Henry Randell's Almshouses, our Hawley Green site enjoys a peaceful location overlooking the village green.

The Henry Randell's Almshouses were built in 1857 and converted into 4 attractive self contained flats in 2008. The flats are now all centrally heated and feature a lounge, bedroom, shower room and kitchen. Two of the flats boast a separate dining room. Henry Randell's also contains a laundry room available for use by all residents at Hawley Green.

Henry Randell's is flanked either side by two properties built in 1981:

Wardens House. A detached bungalow refurbished in 2008 and featuring a lounge, two bedrooms, shower room, kitchen and conservatory.

Garth Cottages. Two centrally heated semi-detached cottages, converted from three bedsit properties in 2009 and featuring a lounge, bedroom, shower room and kitchen.

The communal garden has a summer house and each resident at Hawley Green has use of a garden shed.
